  • Can 4 Pole Provided By Tekonsha 118778 Power Putco LED Tailgate Bar
  • Luckily, the 4.2A capacity per circuit for stop/turn lights and the 7.5 amp amps per circuit capacity for running lamps should be sufficient for the lamps you describe. The # P92009-48 draws less than 2 amps. I'm not sure which other LED lights you're using, but since LED lamps use only a tiny fraction of the power used by incandescent lamps, you should be okay. If you'd care to reply with the part numbers of the other lamps you're using, I'd be happy to research their power draw for you.

  • Angles For The Gate King On a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500
  • I have contacted Gate King and in between each position the tailgate will move at a 22 degree angle. So what this means is if you were to open the tailgate flat, raise it to the first locked position the tailgate will be at a 22 degree angle. When moving the gate to the next position it will move another 22 degrees before locking into the second position and so on through the six remaining positions. For your 2017 GMC Sierra I recommend the Adjustable Tailgate Support Bars Item # GK34FR

  • New Body or Classic Body on 2007 Chevy Silverado with No Bowtie on Tailgate and No Amber Turn Signal
  • From the picture that you sent in I would venture to say that your 2007 Chevrolet Silverado is the Classic with upgraded tail lights. Although the tail lights and tailgate style are good indicators of the type whether you have the New Body or Classic, you can also check the front. The New Body styles tend to have headlight assemblies that are one whole section while the Classic style has them separated (see attached photos). If all else fails you can always call or take it to a Chevy...

  • Will The Access EZ-Retriever Help Prevent Items From Sliding Around In The Bed Of Truck
  • The Access EZ-Retriever # A50710 you were looking at is just a retrieval tool and would require the Access G2 Galvanized Truck Bed Storage Pockets # A60070 in order to hold items in place near the tailgate. Both ends of the tool are rubberized to prevent scratches when trying to grab items further in the bed. A rubber mat like the Westin Custom Fit Truck Bed Mat # W55XV would also help prevent items from shifting around in the bed. I have a ratcheting bar like part # 08908 in my Silverado...

  • Tailgate Clearance With Lippert Electric Trailer Jack
  • I have a solution for your clearance issue, but the Lippert Jack # LC285318 cannot be rotated. You can get a bit more clearance by using a longer ball mount like this extra long ball mount # D-26. It measures 12-5/8 inches from the hitch pin hole to the ball hole. This will give you more clearance. You could always rotate the whole jack, but you will have to drill some holes and may need to use different hardware depending on your trailer. Obviously you will have the switch and light facing...

  • Reverse Light Wire Color on a 1996 Chevrolet K1500 Pickup to Allow Connection of Back Up Light
  • The best way to confirm which wire activates your vehicle reverse lights is to remove one taillight assembly and visually identify which lead goes to the reverse light bulb. To remove the taillight, open the tailgate and locate and remove the two taillight retaining screws. This will allow you to pull out the taillight assembly for access to the wiring. Then, for safety sake, it will be useful to have a helper turn the ignition to the on position without starting the vehicle. Then place...

  • Does Curt 56016 T-Connector Have Capacity to Run Multiple LED Lights
  • Given the fact that LED lamps draw only a fraction of the power that a comparable incandescent bulb does, adding 2 extra fixtures should not present a problem in the least, especially since you're replacing all the incandescent with LED lamps. This will seriously decrease the amperage draw and allow some extra capacity for adding the lamps you mentioned. The # 56016 T-Connector wiring harness you mentioned has plenty of capacity at 3 amps per circuit for Stop/turn lights and 6 amps per...

  • Running Wiring For Bully Light Bar At Back Of 40-Ft Fifth Wheel Trailer

The easiest way would be to attach the light bar wiring to the wiring you have at the rear of your fifth wheel trailer. That is if you can access the wiring easy enough either by getting to the wires under your trailer or by removing the lights and getting to the wiring behind them. Another way would be to install a junction box like part # 38656 on your fifth wheel and attach the trailer wiring...
